The Horse Drinker ™ is a 5 foot unit that is buried in the ground 3 feet. At the base of the unit you will connect your waterline with our waterline (1/2 inch polypipe). This is the coiled line the you see in the diagram.

After installation your horse or cow pushes on the paddle and fresh water comes up from your waterline, up into the drinker and fills the bowl. After your animal drinks, the remaining water drains back down in the drain field, leaving the bowl empty. There is no water left behind to freeze in the winter or get hot in the summer.

The bowl is free from dirt, algae growth, and mosquito eggs.

In the summer the water comes up cooler and in the winter it is warmer because the water in your waterline is buried below ground level. Clean Water at the right tempature is more enjoyable for your animals to drink. This means more water consumption and results in healthier animals. The benefits are measurable!
